By accessing or using Vector, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Vector provides pest control business management software including invoicing, payment processing, customer management, and job scheduling tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment Terms
Payment processing fees are charged per transaction as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
BaseLayer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
