1. Vector Messaging Service
Vector is a business management platform operated by C-POW LLC. Pest control companies use Vector to manage their operations, including communicating with customers via text message. When your pest control service provider uses Vector, you may receive text messages sent through the Vector platform on behalf of your service provider.
2. How You Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number to your pest control service provider and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive automated text messages from Vector on behalf of your service provider. Consent may be collected verbally by your service technician, in writing on a service agreement, or through a digital form. Your consent is logged in our system with a timestamp.
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of text messages:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Service visit updates and notifications
- Invoice and payment links
- Payment receipts and confirmations
- Payment failure or retry notifications
- Responses to your text message inquiries
We will never send promotional or marketing messages via SMS.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and account activity. You will typically receive messages only when relevant to an upcoming or recent service visit, or when there is activity on your account.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
6. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also text CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END. After we receive your opt-out request, we will send you a single confirmation message, and you will not receive any further text messages from Vector. Opting out of text messages will not affect the services you receive from your pest control provider.
When you opt out, your phone number and opt-out preference are retained to ensure we do not message you again.
7. How to Get Help
For help or questions about our text messaging service, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a response with our contact information and instructions for opting out. You may also contact us at hello@cpow.com.
8. Message Timing
Messages will only be sent during normal business hours in your local time zone (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
9. Age Restriction
This messaging service is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
10. Your Privacy
We collect your phone number solely for the purpose of sending you service-related text messages on behalf of your pest control provider. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
