4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including Stripe for payment processing, PostHog for analytics, and Brevo for email communications. Each service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data.
5. Phone Numbers and Text Messaging
When a pest control service provider enters a customer's phone number into Vector, we use that phone number solely to send service-related text messages on behalf of that provider. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Customers may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and logged with a timestamp.
